I came to the Big Appple for a career in dance and also suffer from many food sensitivities. Dance made me realize that my body was a tool and healthy eating and living can meaningfully impact your way of life. I have learned and continue to master the importance of health and well-being and the effect that food has on both the mind and the body. It is these things, my love for delectable dishes and my passion for fitness and health, that has led me to where I am today. A graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, I have found a way to eat well, enjoy food and live a strong, active and healing life through movement and cooking I want to share it with others.
